The 90-Day Burnout Journal

The retreat is four days.
The return is ninety.

A guided journal for the woman who is tired of holding it together. Written by Libby, drawn straight from the retreat, for the ninety days that actually change things.

Healing does not happen in four days.

It happens in the ninety after, when you are back in your real life, trying to hold onto what shifted.

This journal takes the retreat home with you. It is for the version of you nobody else sees: the one who is tired, who wants something different, and does not know how to get there yet.

What is inside

Two parts, ninety-four days.

There is only one rule inside these pages. Be honest. The journal cannot help you if you perform in it.

Part One

The retreat, days one to four

The same four days you would move through in Tulum: arrive and ground, breathe, feel, return. Each day carries the practice and prompts that go with it, whether you have been to a retreat or not.

Part two

The 90-day return

One honest prompt a day for ninety days. Some introspective, some active, some just a question to sit with. This is the part that turns four days of rest into a way of living.

Every Week

Weekly check-ins

A short reflection at the end of each week. Your mile markers, so you can see the shift while it is happening.

Every Month

Monthly reviews

A deeper look back at the end of each month: what changed, what the patterns are telling you, and who you are becoming.
