You should have questions.
A retreat asks for your time, your money, and a fair amount of trust before you have met anyone. So ask. Here is what women most want to know before Tulum, and Libby takes the rest herself.
Frequently asked questions
Who is this for?
High-achieving women who look fine on the outside and are quietly running on empty. If you are the one who holds it together for everyone else, this room was built for you.
How is this different from a spa weekend?
A spa weekend fades by the second Monday back. Still Ground sends you home with practices you keep, not just a nice memory.
What if I cannot get to a retreat right now?
Two other ways in: the 90-Day Burnout Journal, and the Atlanta sound bath events between retreats.
Do I need experience with yoga or breathwork?
No. Everything is guided and meets you where you are. Come as you are.
How big is the cohort?
Eight to ten women. Small enough to be known by the first dinner.
Is it really women only?
Yes, every part of it. It is a large part of what makes the room safe enough to actually put things down.
What if the breathwork brings up a lot?
That is normal and part of the work. Libby holds the space the whole way through, and you are always in control of your own breath.
Do I have to share anything I am not ready to share?
No. You take what you need and leave the rest. Nothing is required of you.
Is what I say kept private?
Yes. What is shared in the retreat space stays in the retreat space. Confidentiality is part of what makes it safe.
Do retreat guests get the journal?
It travels home with every guest.
