I spent years managing corporate stress until it became unmanageable, waking up exhausted and disconnected from my own center. After my own confrontation with severe burnout, I realized that true recovery requires more than just stopping—it requires an active return to stillness.

I created Still Ground as the sanctuary I wish I had then: a grounded, gentle environment where you can finally trade external noise for internal clarity. My training in burnout recovery and restorative mindfulness is woven into every aspect of this retreat. I am here to walk alongside you as you move from depletion back to presence.
