Who it is for
Still Ground Retreat exists for the woman who is ready to stop performing and start living from a place that actually feels like home.
You deserve to set down what you have been carrying. Here, you rest first, with nothing required of you. Then, unhurried, you build a simple practice you can carry back into your life, so the calm does not end when the retreat does.
The retreat
Four days to interrupt the cycle, not pause it
Still Ground Retreat gives high-performing women four days of structured rest and practical tools to interrupt the burnout cycle and return to themselves. Not a vacation that fades, and not rest as fuel for more output. Rest as a practice you keep.

Why it holds
01
Built for you, specifically
Founded from inside the burnout cycle, not after recovering. Small and women-only, so the room feels seen without performance. A vetting call confirms the fit in both directions.
02
Claim the rest you deserve
You do not have to earn rest before you take it. The work is building rest into your everyday, not optimizing yourself. The schedule is spacious on purpose, and free time is part of it.
03
Leave with tools, not a memory
Every practice is reusable on your own after the retreat. The cohort stays small enough that the relationships continue, and the burnout journal travels home with every guest.

Meet our founder
I'll be in the circle, beside you.
Hi, I'm Libby. I will not stand at the front of a room and tell you how to live. I have sat exactly where you are: capable, admired, and quietly running on fumes, smiling through it because the room needed me steady.
I know how lonely that particular kind of tired is. The kind you cannot say out loud without someone trying to fix it, or worse, needing you to reassure them that you are fine.
So when you come to Tulum, I am there for every part of it, in the circle and never above it. What I hold for you is four days to set the weight down, and a hand to help you carry the quiet back home.
